Hi there, I’m Steph! I’m a hair enthusiast, cat mom, and friend. I’ve been behind the chair for 7 years, and for the past 5, I’ve been building Hair By Steph, located in the upper back of Ciao Salons, right in the heart of Hartland, WI. What started as a hobby has grown into a true passion. At HBS, my goal is to give each guest not just what they’re looking for, but more! I strive to create a space where you feel safe, confident, and heard, leaving with a smile and hair you love after every visit. Being able to see each & every one of you become apart of my journey, brings so much joy to my life & is a dream come true. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations:
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations are considered a no show and will also result in a 50% fee.
• No Shows & Late Arrivals:
No shows will be charged the full cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% no show fee will be applied.
• Adjustment Policy:
I want you to love your hair! If something feels off, please reach out within 7 days of your service. I’m happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure you’re satisfied.
• Refunds:
HairBySteph does not offer refunds on services or deposits.
• Children:
HairBySteph is a peaceful, cozy space designed for you to relax and unwind. For safety reasons and to maintain a calm atmosphere, I kindly ask that children and babies not attend appointments. Please make childcare arrangements ahead of time so you can fully enjoy your “me time” without worry. Appointments attended with children will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a same day cancellation fee.
